None of the products offered by CpapforMedicare.com, A division of Nor-Cal Diagnostics are manufactured by CpapforMedicare.com. All of the products offered by CpapforMedicare.com are subject to the Manufacturers warranties. If you have a problem you think may be covered by warranty, please call 1-916-760-7614 and we will help you with it. The typical warranty for a CPAP/ BiPAP or similar device is 2 years from date of purchase or rental. These warranties may have exclusions for water or smoke damage. Please read the following promise to you.

If we have provided you with one of our CPAP, BIPAP, AUTO-SET or related devices and it breaks or is damaged while it is covered under Medicare’s rental maintenance period we will, upon notification send a replacement device to you. This offer is conditioned on the availability of devices for loan. We will attempt to keep an adequate supply of devices in stock to avoid any shortage. CpapforMedicare.com wants to exceed your expectations in service and support when you need it most! You can trust we will do our best to keep your equipment and you running well!

Warranties: Masks, packaged goods etc:

All the goods offered by CpapforMedicare.com are from top manufacturers of CPAP and BiPAP Equipment and Supplies. The majority of these manufacturers have similar warranties on their Masks or packaged goods. These items typically have a 90 day warranty against defects in workmanship. Once they are opened they can not be resold or returned for credit... but read the following promise to you.

If we recommend a mask to you and it does not work for you for any reason, return it within 30 days of shipping and we will replace it with another mask of your choosing from our stock. We know how hard it is to pick a mask if you have no knowledge of what to expect. It is for that very reason we ask you to try our recommendations because it is our desire to get you the best night’s sleep you have probably had in a very long time! If it is your first mask… remember that you need to give it a good try before you choose another mask, that you think may be better. Remember, looks can be deceiving and you can always try a different mask every 6 months if needed or until you find the perfect match! We will honor one replacement only.
