I am a physician, and I was unfamiliar with sleep apnea and it's treatment until I was diagnosed with it. I needed expert help fast, and I found it via the internet and telephone with a Nor-Cal / CpapforMedicare.com representative. In days, I had the best equipment available, and all of the assistance I needed, by phone, from the Nor-Cal / CpapforMedicare.com technical staff. The equipment manual is extremely user friendly, and my CPAP is a snap to use. Dear Sir.In today's rushing to go places and get things done, some companies have forgotten something.their customers. The very first time I called your company, I spoke to a man, I think he was the owner.the point is, he took time to speak with me and not some sales pitch, but an actual conversation. To me, that meant a great deal as a lot of people do not understand sleep disorders. Now, as to the service reps who handle the product problems, if rating is 1 to 10, I give those guys a 12.so a big thumbs up for those guys.and once again I say thanks and keep up the good work!!!

Since I received the ResMed S8 Auto-Set Vantage and the Humidaire 3i my wife has been able to get good rest at night as the S8 and mask doesn't make any noise to disturb her during the night. I recommended you all to a friend of my wife's niece in Charlestown, W.V.
