There is equipment advertised that we do not
endorse. It does not mean it will not work
for you, and it does not mean we will not provide
it to you. It simply means we will not stand behind
it if we have not recommended it!
CpapforMedicare.com may make a recommendation
of specific piece of equipment. We make these
recommendations based on our past experience and our
knowledge of hundreds of patients we have served before
you. If, after a true attempt at using the equipment
we have recommended, you are not happy with the equipment
we recommend, return it within 30 days from date of
shipping and we will replace it with similar equipment
from our stock of top of the line manufacturers. We
reserve the right to replace your equipment with same
or similar equipment including hours used, with what
we carry in stock. We reserve the right to limit our
replacement of equipment to one replacement, per item
you may have received from CpapforMedicare.com.
We pledge to honor our commitment
to you as well as any good friend would.
We pledge to do everything
we can to assure your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
We only ask that you be reasonable in your expectations
of what can be accomplished in a reasonable amount
of time.
Our pledges only apply to
“reasonable people”.
We do reserve the right to challenge what is reasonable.
If you are unreasonable or have extraordinary expectations,
please find another provider! We try really hard
to please you, and we will go the extra mile, but
if you can’t be pleased, please find another
provider! We also reserve the right to discontinue
services. Our first priority is to give our customers
the utmost respect and service and we want to exceed
your expectations. Respect is a two way street however,
and if our employees are not given the same consideration,
we will ask you to find another provider. Life
is too short and too wonderful to have to deal with
unreasonable people and that is our final pledge to
you!
